Cancellation Policy
At Muriella’s Painting & Staining, we value your time and ours. To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, the following booking policy applies: • 48-Hour Notice Required Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. • Late Cancellations / No-Shows Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, if applicable. • Weather & Emergencies In the event of severe weather, safety concerns, or emergencies, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty. • Arrival Windows Appointment times may be provided within a reasonable arrival window depending on job size and travel conditions. • Acceptance of Policy Booking an appointment with Muriella’s Painting & Staining confirms acceptance of this policy.
